If you’re a PMU artist, you’ve probably experienced that constant pressure to “show up” on social media — only to find yourself staring at your phone, wondering what to post and when to post it.

The truth is, being consistent online doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or time-consuming. Today, I’m sharing three tools that will help you plan, create, and schedule your content with ease — so you can spend less time overthinking and more time serving clients, earning income, and doing what you actually love.

Let’s dive in.

1. Trello Boards – Your Visual Content Planner

The first tool I recommend is Trello — a simple, visual project management tool that helps you organize your content ideas.

Here’s how I use it:

  • Create a Trello board called Content Calendar.
  • Add lists for each week of the month — Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, Week 4.
  • If you want to post three times per week (say, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday), that’s 12 posts total for the month.

Next, start filling those slots with post ideas. You can do this two ways:

Option 1: Manually brainstorm content ideas.
Every time a client asks a question, drop it into Trello. Every time you get inspired, add it as a new card.

Option 2: Use AI to speed things up — which leads us to Tool #2.

2. ChatGPT – Your AI Content Assistant

If you’re not using AI yet, it’s time to start. It saves hours of brainstorming time and helps you get inspired fast.

Try prompting ChatGPT with something like:

“Hi ChatGPT, I’m a PMU artist based in Amsterdam. I specialize in Hyperrealism Brows. Can you give me 10 social media post ideas, including captions and matching visuals?”

In seconds, you’ll have a list of content ideas such as:

  • Before & After Showcase – Caption: “From sparse to stunning: the magic of Hyperrealism Brows. Each stroke designed to enhance your natural beauty. Swipe to see the transformation.”

  • Behind the Scenes – Caption: “Ever wondered how much precision goes into every brow? Here’s a peek behind the scenes of my process.”

💡 Pro tip: Don’t copy and paste AI text word-for-word. Always rewrite it in your own tone. If you never use words like “flawless” or “radiant,” skip them. Your audience follows you because of your authentic voice — keep that intact.

Once you’ve picked your favorite ideas, plug them into your Trello board and assign each to a specific day.

3. Later.com – Your Social Media Scheduler

Now that your content is planned and created, it’s time to schedule it out so you never have to post last-minute again.

My favorite tool for this is Later.com, but there are plenty of others (like Metricool or Planoly).

Upload your visuals, add your captions, and use the analytics feature to identify the best posting times. For me, that’s around 5:00 PM when engagement peaks.

Schedule your posts to go out automatically — no notifications, no manual uploads. Just set it and forget it.

The Bottom Line: Consistency Comes from Systems

Using these three tools — Trello, ChatGPT, and Later — will completely change how you show up online.

Instead of feeling stressed and reactive, you’ll have an organized, automated system that lets you:

  • Stay consistent all month long

  • Keep your feed full of high-value content

  • Attract more ideal clients without the burnout
