Get Free Hyperrealism Brows Pattern Training: HERE
I do this because if you run a PMU studio, sell online courses, or host masterclasses, I want you to learn from the real decisions I’m making behind the scenes — so you can apply what works (and avoid what doesn’t) in your own business.
Today, I want to talk about something I see a lot of educators get wrong:
Low-ticket offers — and why they stop converting.
What Is a Low-Ticket Offer (And Why It Matters)?
A low-ticket offer is a relatively inexpensive digital product — usually sold via paid ads — that introduces people to your world.
In my case, mine is a $47 mini course sold through Facebook ads.
Its role is simple:
-
Attract new artists into my ecosystem
-
Provide genuine value
-
Build trust and authority
-
Feed the top of my funnel
Once someone buys this mini course, they’re no longer a cold lead. They’ve raised their hand, invested, and entered my world.
From there, they’re nurtured:
-
Through regular email content
-
Inside my online school platform
-
Via consistent exposure to my teaching style, values, and philosophy
And over time, the right artists naturally progress into my Hyperrealism Brows Mastery Program — my flagship, high-ticket offer.
That’s the system.
The Problem: Diminishing Returns
Here’s where I need to be honest.
I’ve had this same low-ticket offer running for two years.
And while it performed exceptionally well when I first launched it in March 2024, the data tells a very different story over time.
What I’m seeing now is a steady decline in conversion rates — meaning:
-
Fewer people are buying once they land on the sales page
-
My ads are becoming more expensive
-
The return on ad spend is dropping
And this is happening despite improving everything on the backend — the emails, the onboarding, the content, the nurture.
So what’s really going on?
Offer Fatigue (And Why It’s Real)
What the data clearly shows is offer fatigue.
The audience has simply seen the same offer too many times.
Even if your product is good — even if it works — people stop responding when they’ve been exposed to the same message repeatedly.
And this is where many business owners get stuck:
They assume the problem is their ads.
Or their copy.
Or the algorithm.
When in reality… it’s the offer itself that needs refreshing.
How I’m Fixing It (And What I Recommend You Do Too)
Instead of guessing what to create next, I went straight to my warm audience:
-
My email list
-
Artists inside my programs
-
My social media community
I asked them directly:
“What are you struggling with right now?”
“What mini course would you actually want from me?”
I gave them three options.
And the response was unanimous.
That clarity is gold.
So now, I’m creating a new mini course, built specifically around what my audience is asking for — not what I think they need.
Once it’s ready, it will replace the old low-ticket offer and go back out through Facebook ads.
The goal?
-
Improve conversion rates
-
Lower ad costs
-
Bring higher-quality leads into my funnel
-
Restart momentum at the top of the business
Why Conversion Rates Matter More Than You Think
Here’s the part many creatives ignore — but you can’t afford to if you want to scale.
If people aren’t buying your low-ticket offer, your ads become expensive very quickly.
If people are buying:
-
Your ads effectively pay for themselves
-
You’re building your list at low cost
-
You’re feeding your high-ticket offers sustainably
This is why knowing your numbers matters.
This is why tracking conversion rates matters.
And this is why running the same offer forever is rarely a good idea.
If You’re an Educator Struggling With This…
If you sell:
-
Online courses
-
PMU trainings
-
Masterclasses
-
Mentorship programs
And you’re struggling with:
-
Getting consistent leads
-
Converting those leads
-
Understanding your numbers
-
Building a funnel that actually works
Then this is exactly the process I mentor people through.
I’m currently taking on a very small number of educators to coach them through the systems I’ve built over the past two years — the same systems that helped me hit €130k last year on the training side alone.
If you want guidance on how to structure, sell, and scale the education side of your business, we should talk.
Want to charge premium prices and attract high-end PMU clients, without doing it all alone?
If so, join the Hyperrealism Brows Foundation community, it's free to join and you'll be alongside over a thousand other artists who are all working towards the same thing.
Artists who share their practice work, ask the questions you didn't know you were allowed to ask and remind you on the hard days that you're not doing this alone.
Free training covering mapping, patterns and business advice are waiting for you from day one.
See you inside,
Kim x
